Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who are you?

A: short and simple we're a small group of artists who are joined together by an ideology that we can make good art that is successful without needing to rely on industrialized content creation.

Q: Where can I watch?

A: All Esocrypt content is available on YouTube, and we are always trying to stay up to date with streaming platforms and practices, so our content is also available wherever the artists who create them allow them to be, with their home being here on Esocrypt

Q: Are you a streaming Service?

A: No, and we will never make one. We are an Artist Guild, so we do not have a board of directors and we don't operate by traditional standards. We value transparency, so The Esocrypt Observer will always update you on changes in management, sponsors, and more. We also value the work our artists do, and understand the unique roles that we all play here, so we want to promote them without having paywalls. It sounds like elitism.

Q: What inspired Esocrypt?

A: Esocrypt aims to provide a space for artists to showcase their work. With streaming services becoming increasingly expensive, it's hard to be compensated equally for your efforts. Esocrypt content creators retain full rights to their work, allowing them to be compensated for their work in its entirety.

Q: How much does a subscription cost?

A: We release all of our content on free-to-use platforms so everyone can enjoy our content, in exchange Esocrypt helps artists license and protect their work on the internet. Joining our mailing list is free and is the best way to stay up to date with our activities, but if you want to subscribe to something and really help support our artists we have a Patreon that gives physical issues of The ESOCRYPT Observer In magazine form and merchandise drops in various tiers. That's the best way to support everyone who works here equally, but most artists also have their own ways of donating and supporting them.

Q: How do I get involved?

A: Donating and sharing is the best way to help us expand and provide for our artists. If you're an artist who wants to join the collective right now we are invite-only, but we are always working with and for local artists who want to add our team's touch to a project or to help get started traversing the parts of the art industry that are neglected in the mainstream.

Q: Shop item not working?

A: We know. Sorry :(

Q: Eat Shit?

A: Yeah
